As it turns out her name is Catrinel Menghia (thanks MrSkin) and she was selling the all new Fiat. Unfortunately Fiat drivers the only way you have a chance in hell of getting a babe like Catrinel Menghia close to you or your car would be to pay her (probably an amount close to what Catrinel got for appearing in this ad).
